Rosie is Secretary of the Association for Mediterranean Gardeners in Portugal. Rosie and Rob Peddle have 16 000m2 of garden and wild areas, where a combination of desperate planting and lazy neglect provides an insight into what nature will do if you leave it alone. No automatic watering systems and no lawns and their swimming area is a natural pond. There may be plants/marmalade for sale on the day in aid of their funds plus a selection of books on the natural history of the Algarve. There will be a question and answer session during tea.
